Ordering:

 

 Orders are not considered confirmed until payment arrangements have been made. Availability may vary based on schedule, ingredient availability, and order volume.

 

Custom Orders:

 

Markie's Sweets by Heather specializes in homemade desserts including cookies, cupcakes, brownies, bars, donuts, and party trays. While we welcome custom requests, highly detailed cake decorating, wedding cakes, and intricate fondant work may be limited.

 

Payments:

 

Payment is due prior to pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.  Accepted payment methods include cash and electronic payment options listed on the website.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

 

Due to the custom nature of many baked goods, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available for products that have already been prepared, baked, or completed.

 

Pickup Policy:

 

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon date and time. Once an order has been picked up, Markie's Sweets by Heather is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, handling, or storage.

 

Allergy Information:

 

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including but not limited to:- Wheat- Dairy- Eggs- Peanuts- Tree Nuts- Soy

While precautions are taken, cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.

 

Cottage Food Disclosure:

 

These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.
